I Need to Return/Exchange an Item

We must receive all return and exchange submissions, including requests for replacement of missing or damaged items, within 30 days of the purchase date listed on your order receipt.

I Never Received My Credit After Returning My Order

We process your credit as soon as we confirm your preferred resolution. Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing returns. The purchase amount will typically be restored to your credit card within 24 hours to 7 business days, depending on your bank’s policy. Please note that the shipping fee will be deducted from your total order value if you’re returning the entire order.

Hidden Fees

At TwillTees, there are no hidden fees. We do not charge any stocking or handling fees for returns. You are only responsible for the return shipping fees for sending items back to us. The original shipping fee will also be deducted from the total order value before releasing your credit back to you.

I Was Charged Twice For One Order Placed

This usually happens to debit card holders. When you pay with a debit card, your bank statement may show two entries at the same time (a pre-authorization and the final sale). The pre-authorization hold will be released within a few days, depending on your bank’s policies. This hold allows us to verify that funds are available so we can begin processing your order. Your card won’t be charged until your order is shipped.

I Want To Pay For My Order With PayPal

At checkout, you can select PayPal as a payment option.

I Need To Split The Payment For My Order Between PayPal And Another Form Of Payment

Unfortunately, it is not possible to split payments between PayPal and another payment method. Each order must be paid with a single payment method.

I Am Using PayPal And I Need To Have It Shipped To A Different Address Than My Billing Address

You may choose a different shipping address for your order; however, the billing address on your PayPal account must match the billing address on your order.

My PayPal Payment Isn’t Going Through

Ensure that the billing addresses for your order and your PayPal account match. If they do, check for any errors in your PayPal account information, including your current balance.

I Haven’t Received An Email Regarding My Order

This can happen for a few reasons: you might have entered an incorrect email address during checkout, or you may have an active spam blocker. Ensure your user information is current and try turning off any spam blockers. First, look up your order here to verify your information. If the information is incorrect, contact us for assistance in editing your details.

I Want To Return/Exchange Something In My Order

My Order Arrived Damaged Or There Are Missing Items

The Shipment Tracking Website Does Not Recognize The Tracking Number Of My Order

It takes approximately 2 business days for tracking information to be updated in the system after your order has shipped. Try tracking your package again after 1-2 business days.

My Order Still Says “Processing” Even After A Few Days

When you see “processing” on your order status, please don’t worry – it just means we’ve received your order, and you’re in line to have it filled as soon as we can. Due to overwhelming demand, it may take some time before your order ships. The status will remain “processing” until then.

My Shipment Is Delayed

We are working hard to get orders out as soon as possible, but due to recent increased order volume, it may take longer than usual for your order to arrive. Keep an eye on your email for all order updates. We’ll email you once your order ships or if there are updates on the status of your order.

My Order Is Still Being Processed And There’s No Tracking Number Yet

When Will I Receive My Order?

All orders now take a few business days to process, regardless of the shipping method used. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. I’m Going Away/I’m Moving, So I Need To Delay My Shipment

I’m Ordering As A Gift

We do not offer gift-wrapping, but we do offer gift boxes during the holiday season. Just add them to your order.

The Item I Purchased A Week Ago Has Dropped In Price

You may come across price variations due to promotions or markdowns during your shopping experience or after your order has been placed. Unfortunately, we cannot offer price adjustments on any items from prior purchases.

I Need To Cancel My Order
